In 2009, with over 20 years of experience, Tom opened State of the Art Heating & Cooling with tough competition. Still, with low costs and dedicated reliability in getting a job done and done right, he has only taken on many new customers by word of mouth. Aside from having highly-trained techs, Tom will do all he can to help a customer. He has a 24-hour emergency number, even for new customers, because he understands that disasters don’t happen on a 9-5 schedule.
